Metro Code of Laws Title 16, Chapter 16.24 adopts the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) as the Metro Property Standards Code, enforced by the Metropolitan Department of Codes and Building Safety. Violations include deteriorated exterior surfaces, broken or missing windows, damaged roofing, accumulated debris, inoperable vehicles, and overgrown lots.
