Unlike Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Norman, the City of Bixby has not adopted a dedicated short-term rental ordinance and therefore does not require a host to file a certificate of insurance with the city, name the city as additional insured, or maintain a minimum per-occurrence liability limit. The Bixby Code of Ordinances does not list a transient rental registration in Title 11 (Zoning Regulations) or Title 5 (Public Safety), and the city's Codes & Ordinances index does not reference vacation lodging insurance.
