Stores must verify ID for any buyer appearing under 30, post age-of-sale signage, and may not sell through self-service displays except in adults-only tobacco stores. The 2024 Cannabis and Tobacco Reform legislation expanded oversight of vape sales. Sales to anyone under 21 are prohibited, and online sales must use age-verification at delivery.
