The Chester County Solid Waste Authority operates the Lanchester Landfill and Reclamation Center (LLARC) at 7224 Division Highway, Narvon, where residents can drop off bulky and homeowner refuse for a fee. Electronics such as TVs and computers are accepted for recycling at LLARC, and appointments are not needed to drop off electronics. Tires are handled differently: residents should return tires to a tire dealer, where a small fee applies.
