Frisco offers single-stream curbside recycling through CWD with a 64-gallon cart collected weekly. Accepted materials: paper, cardboard, plastics 1 and 2, aluminum, steel cans, and glass bottles and jars. Participation is not mandatory but is included in the standard utility bill.
Plastic bags, Styrofoam, food-soiled paper, and yard waste are prohibited in the recycling cart. Contaminated loads may be landfilled. Cardboard must be flattened and cut to fit inside the cart. Frisco also accepts glass and electronics at the Environmental Collection Center. Contact Frisco at (972) 292-5000 for enforcement.
