Frisco provides monthly bulky waste collection for residents at no additional charge. Items must be scheduled in advance through CWD and placed curbside the night before the scheduled pickup. Accepted items include furniture, mattresses, appliances (Freon removed), and bundled brush up to 4 feet long.
Each household is allowed up to one cubic yard of bulk per monthly pickup. Construction debris, tires, hazardous waste, and electronics are excluded. Frisco also operates the Environmental Collection Center for household hazardous waste and electronics recycling, open select Saturdays. Contact Frisco at (972) 292-5000 for enforcement.
Unscheduled bulk placement may be tagged as illegal dumping; fines up to $2,000 under TX Health and Safety Code Ch. 365.
