Staten Island off-leash parks include Silver Lake Park, Clove Lakes Park, Willowbrook Park, and Wolfes Pond Park. Dogs prohibited from playgrounds, ballfields, and beaches.
Off-leash outside hours: 100 first offense, up to 200 subsequent. No waste pickup: 250.
