Marana Building Safety: Scaffold & Sidewalk Shed Rules (2026)

Construction scaffold safety in Marana is enforced by the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH), which operates under a state plan agreement with federal OSHA. ADOSH adopts and enforces standards equivalent to OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L for scaffolds used in construction.
