Illicit connections to the municipal storm sewer system are prohibited, including discharges of wastewater, oil, paint, yard waste, and pet waste. Property owners must maintain on-site stormwater facilities. Construction activities must use erosion and sediment controls during land disturbance.
Illicit discharges and stormwater violations may result in fines, mandatory remediation, and permit suspension under the Borough's enforcement authority.
