Sahuarita, AZ Filming & Production: Location Permits (2026)

Any commercial filming, photography, or video production that uses Town-owned streets, parks, or facilities in Sahuarita requires advance written permission from the Town. Applications are submitted through the Town Manager's Office and reviewed for potential impacts on traffic, noise, public safety, and neighboring properties. The Town may require proof of general liability insurance naming the Town of Sahuarita as an additional insured, typically at a minimum of one million dollars per occurrence. A certificate of insurance and hold-harmless agreement must be filed before the permit is issued.
