Home occupations in unincorporated Riverside County must not generate vehicular or pedestrian traffic, parking demand, or deliveries beyond what is typical for a single-family residence. Commercial deliveries must be limited to vehicles of the size typically used for residential service (no semi-trucks, box trucks over a certain weight, or scheduled freight deliveries). Classes, lessons, meetings, and group events that bring multiple visitors concurrently (such as yoga classes with more than a handful of students, or large music lessons) generally exceed what Code Enforcement permits and may be abated.
