The permit conditions reinforce the limit elsewhere in subsection D. D(9) restricts staffing: "Not more than one employee, other than the residents of the dwelling unit, shall be allowed to work, gather or congregate on the premises," apart from babysitters or domestic staff, and any outside employee triggers a requirement for adequate on-site parking. D(6) restricts commercial delivery vehicles to occasional courier service, caps the count at two vehicles no larger than eight feet wide, seven feet tall or 21 feet bumper-to-bumper, and bars leaving equipment attached to those vehicles in view of the street.

Read together, these conditions confine a home occupation to work performed largely out of public sight; a plan built around customers visiting the home, multiple staff arriving daily, or a steady flow of delivery trucks does not qualify. The community development director can inspect for compliance on reasonable cause under D(13), at the holder's cost, and a violation renders the permit void under D(14).
