Home occupations in the unincorporated County are governed by the standards of Zoning Code Section 3.9.3.F rather than a separate discretionary use permit for most activities - the use is allowed by-right provided every standard is met. A General Business License is issued after review of the business activities and the land-use zoning of the property.
