Under Revised Code § 26.80.060(A), a home occupation keeps its by-right status only if it meets twelve listed conditions, and condition 8 flatly states the home occupation does not display a sign, no size or type exception is written into the code. The same subsection also bars advertising, soliciting, or inviting customers, clients, or the general public to the home (items 9 and 10), so window signs, yard signs, and door signage are all off the table alongside any other form of solicitation. A home occupation that cannot meet every Subsection A standard can seek a conditional-use home occupancy waiver from the Zoning Administrator under Subsection C, with a filing fee set by Chapter 26.98, but the sign ban itself is not one of the waivable items listed there.
