The town manager may issue variance permits under Sec. 70-57 for projects requiring extended hours. Waste collection vehicles are limited to operating between 7:01 AM and 7:59 PM in residential areas. Given Little Elm's rapid growth with master-planned communities like Paloma Creek, Eldorado, and Union Park, construction activity is significant and enforcement is active.
