Commercial vehicle storage in residential zones is subject to zoning district restrictions. The Borough's nuisance ordinance covers noise from commercial vehicle operations, including the prohibition on construction equipment after 7 PM and on Sundays/holidays. Off-street loading requirements per Table 6.1 apply to commercial and industrial uses.
