Category 3 includes vehicles exceeding 20 feet in length or 8 feet in height; these are prohibited in all residential zones. Temporary parking of Category 2 or 3 vehicles for loading, unloading, or convenience stops is limited to one hour in any 24-hour period.
First offense: $100 for first vehicle. Repeat violations: $500 per vehicle. Vehicle owners are responsible for all fines, towing fees, storage fees, and administrative costs.
