Because there is no County loading-zone ordinance, enforcement of any painted curb loading restriction on a County road relies on the Vehicle Code and any local resolution authorizing the marking under Section 22507.
There is no County loading-zone penalty in the unincorporated area; on-street curb-color and loading violations are cited under the California Vehicle Code. Failing to provide required on-site loading and turn-around space for a commercial or event use is a zoning condition violation enforced by the County.
