Vehicles must stay registered and operable; an unregistered or junked car left overnight can be tagged and towed. HOA streets may bar overnight parking outright.
An overnight parking ticket where posted runs a modest fine. A commercial-vehicle or storage violation brings escalating fines, and an unregistered or inoperable vehicle can be towed at the owner's expense.
