Carts may be brought to the curb no earlier than 6 p.m. the day before collection and must be returned to the screened storage area within 24 hours after pickup. Violations are documented by Code Enforcement, beginning with a written notice and progressing to municipal civil infraction tickets ranging from 50 to 500 dollars depending on prior history.
