A Business License must be obtained before advertising and also renewed. Every STR advertisement must include the county-issued Zoning Permit number and Business License number.
An expired or unrenewed permit means the STR is unpermitted; the County enforces under Article 6.8 zoning enforcement and penalty provisions.
