PBC ULDC Article 8 permits temporary garage sale signs on private property with the owner's consent. Maximum size 4 sq ft. Signs must be removed within 24 hours of sale conclusion. Posting on utility poles, traffic signs, trees in public right-of-way, or medians is prohibited and subject to immediate removal by county code enforcement. Each violation is per sign per day.
Right-of-way posting: $25-$100 per sign. Failure to remove after sale: $100-$250.
