Following Reed v. Town of Gilbert (2015), PBC Sign Code (ULDC Article 8) treats political signs in a content-neutral manner. Signs on private residential property are limited to 6 sq ft each, max 32 sq ft aggregate, with 5-foot setback from property lines. No permit required. Signs may be displayed up to 60 days before an election and must be removed within 7 days after. Signs in public right-of-way, on utility poles, or on traffic signs are prohibited and removed by county.
