Bins must be at the curb by early morning on collection day with handles facing the street for automated pickup. Bins should be spaced at least 3 feet apart and from obstructions. Retrieve within 12 hours after collection. On non-collection days, bins should be stored out of public view per open storage standards (§8107-1.6). Overloaded bins with lids not closing may not be collected.
