B defines the Office and Personal Service use classification, which covers activities conducted in an office setting focused on business, government, professional, medical or financial services, plus personal services and product repair or services. The code's list of personal-service examples specifically names veterinarians, along with animal care, grooming, boarding and training, alongside laundromats, photographic studios, hair and personal-care services, martial arts studios, and repair services for consumer goods. Because a veterinary clinic falls into this classification, its allowed accessory uses can include cafeterias, health facilities, parking and limited retail that complements the primary service, the same as any other Office and Personal Service use.

4's exceptions carve out two related activities: commercial boarding stables are classified as Agriculture rather than Office and Personal Service, and repair or service of consumer motor vehicles is classified separately as Vehicle Repair.
