PBC ULDC Article 3 establishes residential setback requirements by zoning district. Single-Family Residential (RS): 25-foot front, 7.5-foot side (10 feet for corner lots), 15-foot rear yard. Agricultural Residential (AR): 50-foot front, 25-foot sides. Properties seaward of the FDEP Coastal Construction Control Line require additional setbacks and FDEP permits per FL Β§161.053. PUDs and PUD overlay districts have project-specific setbacks per the approved master plan.
