Violations & Fines
Section 11.4.4(S) makes any violation of the article a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days upon conviction. Section 11.4.4(T) additionally authorizes the county to seek injunctive relief against a business operating without a valid regulatory license or otherwise violating the ordinance, on top of the criminal penalty.
