Violations & Fines
A retailer or provisioning center sited inside any of the three buffers is disqualified from licensing; an existing license found in violation is subject to suspension, revocation, or non-renewal under § 27-20, and noncompliance after an adverse action carries a $500 municipal civil infraction fine per day under § 27-20(b).
