Maximum Height. No principal structure or use shall exceed two and one half (2Β½) stories or thirty (30) feet in height (except in the R-4 District), and no accessory structure shall exceed one and one half (1Β½) stories or twenty (20) feet in height, except as provided in Section 24.3.
