The Ordinance requires that all solid waste haulers that collect, transport, deliver, or dispose of solid waste generated within Genesee County obtain a waste hauler permit as well as file quarterly reports detailing waste handled during the quarter.
Genesee County sets no countywide rule for when or where to place carts at the curb. Setout timing, curb clearance and how soon bins must be removed are set by your city, village or township ordinance and your hauler's guidelines.
