Every minor is guilty of a misdemeanor who loiters in a public place or trespasses on private property during the following hours: A. During the period of June 15th to September 15th: Twelve midnight and sunrise of the following day for each day, Sunday through Saturday, inclusive.

Chapter 11.04 makes any minor (under 18) guilty of a misdemeanor for loitering in a public place or trespassing on private property during set hours: from June 15 to September 15, midnight to sunrise every day; from September 15 to June 15, 10 p.m. to sunrise Sunday through Thursday, and midnight to sunrise on Friday and Saturday. Exceptions cover minors accompanied by a parent or guardian, on an errand for one, married to a non-minor spouse, responding to an emergency, working with parental consent, or returning directly home from a supervised activity or movie.
