Adopted in 1994 and upheld by FL courts. Orlando has parallel curfew ordinance with identical hours. Violators detained and released to parents. Parents of repeat violators may face civil citations. International Drive tourist district has enhanced enforcement. Downtown Orlando enforces additional 11 PM entertainment district restrictions.
First offense: warning. Second: $50 parental citation. Third: $100 plus mandatory parent-child counseling.
