Summary
Jackson County bans anyone under 18 from public streets, alleys, or public places between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless accompanied by a parent or on lawful business, under Petty Offense Code § 5558.

5559. Permitting Children to Violate Curfew. No person having the legal care and custody of any person under eighteen years of age shall allow or permit such person to go or be upon any public street, alley, or other public place in the county between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except in case of necessity.
