Unemancipated minors under 14 must be off unincorporated county streets and parks by 9:15 p.m. on school nights (10:15 p.m. before non-school days), and minors 14+ by 10:15 p.m. (11:59 p.m. before non-school days), unless accompanied by an adult or coming from work or school activity.

Violations & Fines
Any violation of Sections 9.08.040 through 9.08.090 is punishable by a fine of not more than $500 under Section 9.08.110; the same section caps any combined fine/jail penalty at no more than $500 or six months, and states no greater penalty may be imposed than Oregon statute allows for the same offense. A violating minor may be taken into temporary custody under ORS 419.760, and a parent who knowingly allows the violation is separately liable under Section 9.08.070.
