Davie, FL Curfew Laws: Park Curfew (2026)

According to the Town of Davie's official Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts information, Davie parks 'are open January through December from 9 a.m. to dusk.' Park use outside those hours is not permitted. The Park Rules and Guidelines are governed by Chapter 29 of the Town Code (Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts), updated by Town Ordinance O2026-003. Key park rules include: possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless the Town Administrator authorizes it for a special event; dogs must be kept on a leash with a maximum length of six feet (except in designated dog-park areas), and pets are prohibited in playgrounds, sports fields and courts; smoking or vaping is restricted to designated areas; drones require FAA compliance; and organized play and commercial photography require Department approval/permits. Davie's noise ordinance (Chapter 15) also designates a noise-sensitive zone within 500 feet of any public park (Sec. 15-5).
