Summary
Monroe County parks close to visitors from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. unless the Parks Director issues a permit or an emergency applies.
No person shall be permitted to remain, stop or park within the confines of any park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. prevailing local time in the County of Monroe, except in an emergency or as expressly allowed pursuant to a permit issued by the Director of Parks in accordance with this chapter. In case of an emergency or when, in the judgment of the Director, the public interest demands it, any portion of a park may be closed to the public or to designated persons until permission is given to reopen.
B. Nonobservance of this section shall constitute a violation.
