A. Where Authorized. A person shall not operate a remotely controlled aircraft, watercraft, ground running vehicles, rockets or any other similar device except in areas designated for such operation by the Director and only after written authorization for such operation has been issued by the Director. Such authorization may be conditioned upon proof of satisfactory liability insurance and may include noise level restrictions.
