The Office of Resilience coordinates implementation, tracks greenhouse gas reductions, and reports annually. The strategy targets 50 percent emission cuts by 2035 and net zero by 2050, with adaptation investments in stormwater, septic-to-sewer conversions, and shoreline projects.
Non-compliance is administrative; capital projects ignoring resilience criteria may be denied funding approval or require redesign before construction.
