Beyond height, Seminole County LDC 30.14.19 sets construction and maintenance standards. A fence must be uniform in construction, design, material, color and pattern, and the material must be standard material conventionally used by the fence industry (subsection k). All fences must be maintained in their original upright condition (subsection l). Fences or walls designed for painting or a similar finish must be kept in their original designed condition, and any defaced wall or fence must be promptly restored (subsection m).
