10 classifies food-truck and trailer sales as a Temporary Use: retail food sold from a movable vehicle, trailer, or temporary stand is restricted to no more than 30 days per year at a given location. Operators must coordinate parking with whatever use already occupies the site so the vendor does not undercut required parking counts, and all waste generated by the truck has to be hauled away daily rather than accumulated on site. The county may also require a commissary agreement documenting where food is stored and prepared between operating days.

C performance conditions as any other temporary use: on-site signage is capped at 6 square feet and 6 feet in height, but signage specific to food trucks and trailers is limited strictly to signs mounted on the vehicle itself, no separate freestanding sign is allowed. Lighting must stay confined to the property, noise cannot disturb neighboring residences or businesses, and sanitation must satisfy the County Health Department and County Environmental Quality.
