330 lists the zones where a mobile food services facility may set up: the CC, CB, CV, BP, ABP, IG, IH, PEP, MX, TOD, CER, CRR, WC, AUC and RC Zones, plus publicly owned sites or facilities and, within Planned Unit Development areas, wherever the St. Charles Planning and Design Review Board allows it.
