Nevada NRS 116.3102 authorizes HOAs to adopt and enforce architectural standards. NRS 116.31065 requires rules including architectural guidelines to be reasonable, enforced consistently, and adopted through proper open-meeting procedures. In Clark County, master-planned communities like Summerlin South, Mountains Edge, Inspirada, and Anthem operate architectural review committees (ARCs) or design review boards that regulate paint colors, roofing, landscaping, solar panels, flags, satellite dishes, walls, and accessory structures.
