Cobb County's home occupation regulations (Chapter 134) are strict regarding traffic: no clients or customers are allowed on the premises except for individual instruction (tutoring, music lessons, etc.) on an individual basis. Off-site employees may not congregate on the premises for any business purpose. Employee parking on site is not permitted without Board of Commissioners approval per §134-36. There shall be no commercial carrier deliveries of supplies or pickups of products. These restrictions prevent conversion of residential neighborhoods into commercial activity hubs.
