2890(A)(2)(a)(4) requires that a home occupation not generate traffic, parking, sewage or water use beyond what is normal or customary for a residential neighborhood, one of the standards the Planning Director checks before approving the operation under Subsection (A)(2)(b). The same section reinforces that limit with related restrictions: deliveries in connection with the business cannot require anything beyond parcel-post or similar parcel-service vehicles, and no more than two private commercial single-axle vehicles of one-ton rating or less can be parked or maintained on the lot.

Staffing is capped at the resident, family members living on the premises, and one additional worker who does not live there, which in practice limits how much customer and employee traffic a home business can draw. Because "normal or customary" is judged case by case rather than by a fixed visitor count, County Code Enforcement typically responds to a neighbor complaint about cars lining the street or a steady stream of client visits by evaluating whether the volume matches what a single residence would ordinarily generate.

A Director's denial of a home occupation application, including on traffic grounds, can be appealed in writing to the Planning and Zoning Commission within 14 days of the written decision.
