Full Breakdown
Section 20-1015(b)(9) caps client and customer parking for a home occupation at two additional off-street spaces. Paired with the section's other limits, no outdoor storage or display, no more than two non-family employees on site, and no visible sign beyond a small nameplate, the rule is built to keep a home-based business from generating the traffic and parking footprint of a commercial use. It applies to home occupations permitted under the county zoning ordinance in unincorporated towns; incorporated cities and villages set their own home-business standards.
Violations & Fines
A home business drawing more client-vehicle parking demand than the two-space allowance exceeds the permit's terms; the zoning administrator can deny renewal or revoke the permit for exceeding its scope.
