Customer/client visits must be limited and by appointment only. No retail sales, manufacturing, or auto repair on-site. A Home Occupation Permit application plus business operations tax certificate through the county Finance Department is required.
Operating without permit or in violation of conditions: citation under Zoning Code Section 5.9.2.D, fines up to 1000 dollars per day, and potential revocation.
