Under Section 1500-21-060(A), on-site signs listed in Section 1500-21-070 require approval of a Zoning Clearance, with a site plan and sign plan showing dimensions, colors, and materials.
Erecting a home occupation sign without a Zoning Clearance, or exceeding the size, number, or illumination limits, violates Article 21; the sign may be deemed a public nuisance and abated, with administrative penalties or infraction charges under Article 26.
