Palm Beach County's primary invasive plant regulations focus on nine specific nonnative invasive plant species identified in Articles 14.C and 14.D of the Unified Land Development Code. While bamboo is not among the nine specifically prohibited species, certain aggressive running bamboo varieties can create nuisance conditions.
