Riding an e-bike on the beach outside authorized hours, faster than ten miles per hour, or into a posted conservation or Natural Beach Management zone is a prohibited act under Sec. 20-174, enforced under Sec. 20-171's penalty provision and the general Sec. 1-7 schedule: up to a $500 fine, up to 60 days in jail, or both, on citation by an authorized enforcement officer.
