Helicopter operations by ProMedica air medical and WGTE news, and Ohio Air National Guard operations from the 180th Fighter Wing at Toledo Express, are likewise FAA-regulated. Ground operations at airports, including engine run-ups outside designated pens, can be regulated locally but rarely are in Toledo.
